What is Hypnoanalysis?

HypnotherapyWhat is Hypnoanalysis?

Research has proved that the mind affects the body, even to the extent of whether or not certain genes become switched on or not.  That isn’t only our conscious mind, but our unconscious mind as well.

Using a state of hypnosis makes it easier for us to analyse unconscious beliefs and behaviours, some of which have been with us, unconsciously, since birth.

We are born with a natural way of being, which creates biases.  We store away memories as templates for all the things we learn about ourselves and the world, and use these to direct our behaviour. Many of the things are learnt from other people, who may have a different natural way of being.  We can also misunderstand what we hear and see due to lack of experience.

Every experience is measured against existing templates and if matches are found, we behave in the same way we did before.  It has kept us alive so far, so it must be o.k.  If something new happens we build a new template.   These processes are automatic and unconscious, and storage mostly occurs before the age of seven.

But things can look very different to a child than they do to an adult, they can be misunderstood and may be biased toward a different natural way of being.

So we often go through life behaving in the way we always have, thinking and believing as we have always done without realising that those templates do not serve our best interests.

The result is anxiety, stress, phobias, fears, low confidence and under achievement among other things.

Hypnoanalysis allows you to discover these templates, both from childhood and more recent additions,  and change them if you want to, assisting you in making beneficial changes in your life.
